Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Taychproa platform and any related services. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Definitions

The following terms apply throughout this document:

• Platform refers to the Taychproa website, web application, and all associated digital services accessible at taychproa.com.
• User refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or interacts with the Platform.
• Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access protected features and content.
• Content refers to all text, materials, exercises, assessments, multimedia, and other information made available through the Platform.
• Operator refers to Taychproa, the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, completing a registration form, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with the Operator under these Terms of Use. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

The Operator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. Users under the age of majority in their applicable region must have parental or guardian consent before using the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

Certain features of the Platform require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated at all times.

4.2 Credentials and Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your Account with any third party and to notify the Operator immediately at help@taychproa.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 Account Responsibility

All activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms of Use, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree to use the Platform only in ways that are lawful, respectful, and consistent with these terms and any applicable guidelines published on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Accessing, tampering with, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from Platform Content without prior written authorization from the Operator.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, harmful software, or content that disrupts the operation of the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, access control, or authentication mechanism on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or otherwise harming other users of the Platform.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its Content without express written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Operator Content

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, exercises, assessments, design elements, graphics, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited license described in Section 5.

7.2 User Submissions

If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the Platform, you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by the Operator freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

8.1 Fees

Access to certain features or content may require payment of applicable fees. All fees are described on the relevant purchase or subscription pages of the Platform. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

8.2 Billing

By initiating a purchase or subscription, you authorize the Operator or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current.

8.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the Operator's refund policy, which is published separately on the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

8.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your applicable region. Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. The Operator does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and Modifications

The Operator does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption. The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice and without liability to you.

Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Operator makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Content for any particular purpose.

Educational content provided through the Platform is intended for learning purposes only. The Operator does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or professional certifications as a result of using the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to the Operator in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

15.1 By the Operator

The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or the Operator.

15.2 By You

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting the Operator at help@taychproa.com or using any account deletion feature provided within the Platform.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

16. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and the Operator concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or applicable legal proceedings as determined by the Operator.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Waiver

The failure of the Operator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Operator to be effective.
